Agencies, tribes, and the public are encouraged to review and comment on the proposed project and its probable environmental impacts. There is a 15-day comment period for this review. All written comments received by 4:30 p.m. on May 1, 2024 will be considered prior to issuing the final SEPA determination. This proposal requires a Public Hearing which will be scheduled at a later date. Please reference file numbers (SEPA-2024-001) and applicant’s project name (Upper Kittitas County Recreation Center) in any correspondence you submit. You can mail or submit your comments to:

CITY OF CLE ELUM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UNIMPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION BETWEEN
E FIRST ST, BLOCK 31, AND BNSF PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH
The City of Cle Elum has received an application to vacate a portion of unimproved right-of-way in the vicinity of E First Street, Block 31, bounded by BNSF property to the south. The section of right-of-way is west of parcel 643134, east of parcels 323134 and 593134, and north of parcel 956765.
