Updated Shoreline Master Program

The City of Cle Elum has completed a review and update of its Shoreline Master Program as required by the Washington State Shoreline Management Act. The Washington State Department of Ecology has approved the updated Master Program which goes into effect on October 25, 2021.

The Shoreline Master Program applies to development activities within 200’ of the Yakima River and Crystal Creek as well as associated wetlands. For more information, please refer to the following:
