About the Police Department

The Cle Elum-Roslyn-South Cle Elum Police Department provides law enforcement services to the citizens of the City of Cle Elum, Roslyn, and Town of South Cle Elum, which includes services such as traffic safety, community policing, accident investigation, crime prevention and investigation, and public education.

The Police Department consists of a Chief of Police, Corporal, 7 Patrol Officers, and 1 part-time Animal Control Officer. There is always at least one patrol officer on-duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Emergency Dispatch service is provided through contract with Kittcom, located in Ellensburg. The jail is located at the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office in Ellensburg.

During business hours, you can reach us at 674-2991. You can leave a message for the Chief or any officer after hours at this number, by waiting for the voicemail system.
