Phase 3: Downtown Revitalization – Billings Ave to Peoh Ave

Phase 3: Downtown Revitalization
This project will revitalize the sidewalk areas between Phases 1 and 2 (Peoh Ave and Billings Ave, respectively). This work includes widened decorative sidewalks, rounded corners called “bulb-outs”, new pedestrian-level lighting with provisions for hanging flower baskets and banners, street trees with the potential for holiday lighting, benches, and garbage receptacles.

This project is about $7 million in total, and the project team (City and consultants HLA) have received funding for approximately $3 million in the 2 years of planning, which has fully funded the Phases 1 and 2, and funded the design of Phase 3. Phase 3 construction is not yet funded.

Additional project information is below or on the Phase 1, Phase 2, or main Downtown Revitalization project pages.
